दुर्ग। आम रास्ते को अवरुद्ध कर सड़क पर केक काटने और जन्मदिन मनाने वाले युवकों को दुर्ग पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया है। मामला थाना वैशाली नगर क्षेत्र का है, जहां पुलिस ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए चारों आरोपियों को पकड़ लिया।
जानकारी के अनुसार, दिनांक 13-14 अक्टूबर 2025 की मध्य रात्रि लगभग 12:30 बजे एक सफेद रंग की फॉर्च्यूनर कार (क्रमांक CG-12 AQ 3600) में सवार शुभम यादव, नीरज नेपाली, सत्यम यादव, जितेश यादव, रवि यादव एवं अन्य साथियों ने आम रास्ते पर वाहन खड़ा कर आवागमन पूरी तरह बाधित कर दिया और सड़क पर ही केक काटकर जन्मदिन मनाया। इस घटना का वीडियो सोशल मीडिया में वायरल होने के बाद थाना वैशाली नगर में अपराध क्रमांक 338/2025 धारा 126(2), 190, 3(5) भा.दं.सं. के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया।
वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के निर्देशन में पुलिस टीम ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए घटना में शामिल आरोपियों को पकड़ लिया। पूछताछ में आरोपियों ने अपना अपराध स्वीकार किया। गिरफ्तार आरोपियों में –
1. शुभम यादव पिता लालजी यादव (32 वर्ष), साकिन कैम्प-1, संग्राम चौक, भिलाई
2. सोहन मेश्राम पिता स्व. सरजू मेश्राम (35 वर्ष), साकिन कैम्प-1, 18 नंबर रोड, स्टील नगर, भिलाई
3. रवि पिता राजू प्रसाद (26 वर्ष), साकिन कैम्प-1, आजाद मोहल्ला, शीतला मंदिर के पास
4. नीरज कुमार सिंह पिता स्व. कुमार सिंह (28 वर्ष), साकिन कैम्प-1, 18 नंबर रोड, वैशाली नगर
पुलिस ने चारों के विरुद्ध आवश्यक कानूनी कार्यवाही करते हुए उनके आदतन आपराधिक कृत्यों को देखते हुए धारा 170 बीएनएसएस के तहत प्रतिबंधात्मक कार्रवाई की और उन्हें जेल भेज दिया।
थाना वैशाली नगर पुलिस की त्वरित और प्रभावी कार्रवाई की स्थानीय नागरिकों ने सराहना की है।
