रायपुर। मुख्यमंत्री विष्णु देव साय ने आज बस्तर में 210 माओवादी कैडरों के आत्मसमर्पण को राज्य ही नहीं, बल्कि पूरे देश के लिए एक ऐतिहासिक क्षण बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि जो युवा कभी माओवाद के झूठे विचारधारा के जाल में फंसे थे, उन्होंने आज संविधान, लोकतंत्र और विकास की मुख्यधारा में लौटने का संकल्प लिया है।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय ने कहा कि आज का दिन केवल बस्तर ही नहीं, बल्कि पूरे छत्तीसगढ़ और देश के लिए ऐतिहासिक है। जिन युवाओं ने वर्षों तक अंधेरी राहों पर भटककर हिंसा का मार्ग चुना, उन्होंने आज अपने कंधों से बंदूक उतारकर संविधान को थामा है। यह न केवल आत्मसमर्पण का क्षण है, बल्कि विश्वास, परिवर्तन और नये जीवन की शुरुआत है।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय ने कहा कि बस्तर में बंदूकें छोड़कर सुशासन पर विश्वास जताने वाले इन युवाओं से मेरी मुलाकात मेरे जीवन के सबसे भावनात्मक और संतोष देने वाले पलों में से एक रही। यह दृश्य इस बात का प्रमाण है कि बदलाव नीतियों और विश्वास से आता है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य शासन की नक्सलवादी आत्मसमर्पण एवं पुनर्वास नीति 2025, “नियद नेल्ला नार योजना” और “पूना मारगेम – पुनर्वास से पुनर्जीवन” जैसी योजनाएँ विश्वास और परिवर्तन का आह्वान हैं। इन्हीं नीतियों के प्रभाव से नक्सल प्रभावित इलाकों में बंदूक छोड़कर लोग शासन की विश्वास और विकास की प्रतिज्ञा को स्वीकार कर रहे हैं।
उन्होंने कहा कि आज का यह दृश्य इस बात का प्रमाण है कि बदलाव नीतियों और विश्वास से आता है। यह छत्तीसगढ़ के शांतिपूर्ण भविष्य का शिलान्यास है। हमारी सरकार आत्मसमर्पितों के पुनर्वास और उनके उज्ज्वल भविष्य के लिए पूरी तरह प्रतिबद्ध है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि डबल इंजन सरकार की प्रतिज्ञा है कि छत्तीसगढ़ को नक्सलवाद से पूर्णतः मुक्त किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के मार्गदर्शन और केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह के नेतृत्व में यह प्रतिज्ञा पूर्ण हो रही है। छत्तीसगढ़ अब शांति, विश्वास और विकास के नए युग की ओर अग्रसर है।
