दुर्ग। शासकीय पॉलिटेक्निक महाविद्यालय, अंबिकापुर में 13 से 15 अक्टूबर तक सीएसवीटीयू राज्यस्तरीय वॉलीबॉल स्पर्धा का आयोजन किया गया। छत्तीसगढ़ स्वामी विवेकानंद तकनीकी विश्वविद्यालय (सीएसवीटीयू) भिलाई के तत्वावधान में हुई इस प्रतियोगिता में दुर्ग जोन का दबदबा रहा, जिसमें बीआईटी दुर्ग और शासकीय पॉलिटेक्निक दुर्ग विजेता बनीं। इसमें राज्यभर से 22 पुरुष और 9 महिला टीमों ने भाग लिया। प्रतियोगिता में दुर्ग जोन का प्रदर्शन उत्कृष्ट रहा। महिला वर्ग में शासकीय पॉलिटेक्निक महाविद्यालय, दुर्ग ने प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त किया, जबकि शासकीय इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज, रायपुर द्वितीय स्थान पर रही। पुरुष वर्ग में बीआईटी महाविद्यालय, दुर्ग विजेता बनी और रूंगटा फार्मेसी कॉलेज, भिलाई (R1) उपविजेता रही। विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति डॉ. अरुण अरोड़ा ने विजेता और प्रतिभागी टीमों को बधाई दी। उन्होंने कहा कि तकनीकी शिक्षा के साथ खेलकूद का संयोजन विद्यार्थियों में टीम भावना, एकाग्रता और नेतृत्व क्षमता विकसित करता है। आयोजन के नोडल संस्थान शासकीय पॉलिटेक्निक अंबिकापुर के प्राचार्य प्रो. आर.जे. पांडेय ने विजेता टीमों को पुरस्कृत किया
