दुर्ग। विधानसभा निर्वाचन – 2023 के मद्देनजर आदर्श आचार संहिता लागू 9 अक्टूबर 2023 से 14 नवम्बर 2023 तक आबकारी विभाग द्वारा जिले में अवैध मदिरा के परिवहन/धारण एवं विक्रय के कुल 110 प्रकरण पंजीबद्ध किये गए हैं। जिसमें कुल 1757.08 बल्क लीटर देशी/विदेशी/महुआ शराब एवं अन्य प्रांत की मदिरा, 26925 किलोग्राम महुआ लाहन एवं कुल 08 वाहन जप्त किया गया। जिसका कुल बाजार मूल्य 19 लाख 34 हजार 705 रूपये है। सहायक आयुक्त आबकारी ने जानकारी दी कि विधानसभा निर्वाचन 2023 के मद्देनजर अवैध शराब/मादक पदार्थों के संदिग्ध विक्रय वाले क्षेत्रों, पारम्परिक मार्गों, मुख्य मार्गों, होटल – ढाबों, बस स्टशनों एवं रेलवे स्टेशनों में लगातार जांच तथा गश्त की कार्यवाही की जा रही है। उक्त के अतिरिक्त अवैध शराब के धारण/ परिवहन एवं विक्रय की 24 घण्टे टेलीफोन एवं टोल फ्री नम्बर से शिकायत दर्ज किया जाकर कार्यवाही की जा रही है। इसी क्रम में 14 नवंबर 2023 को प्रातः गस्त दौरान आबकारी विभाग द्वारा नयापारा में अवैध शराब धारण विक्रय की सूचना पर त्वरित एवं विधिवत कार्यवाही कर कुल 60 पाव, मात्रा 10.8 बल्क लीटर देशी मदिरा मसाला एवं 01 दोपहिया वाहन हीरो होंडा स्प्लेंडर प्लस जप्त किया गया। उक्त प्रकरण में आरोपी के विरुद्ध आबकारी अधिनियम की धारा 34(2), के तहत प्रकरण दर्ज कर विवेचना में लिया गया है। जिले में शराब एवं मादक पदार्थाे के अवैध विक्रय, परिवहन एवं धारण पर रोकथाम हेतु शिकायत दर्ज कराये जाने बाबत् टेलीफोन नंबर 0788-2325836 जारी किया गया है। उक्त नम्बर कोई भी आम नागरिक 24 घंटे शिकायत दर्ज कर सकते हैं, शिकायताकर्ता के नाम को पूर्ण रूप से गुप्त रखा जाकर, प्राप्त शिकायतों पर आबकारी विभाग द्वारा त्वरित रूप से कार्यवाही कर शिकायतकर्ता को कृत कार्यवाही से अवगत कराया जा रहा है। उक्त के अतिरिक्त आबकारी विभाग के टोल फ्री शिकायत नंबर 14405 पर भी शिकायत दर्ज कराया जा सकता है।
