रायपुर। असम के मुख्यमंत्री हिमंता बिस्वा सरमा ने कहा है कि छत्तीसगढ़ में भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने अपना जो संकल्प पत्र घोषित किया है, वे सभी संकल्प पूरे होंगे और इसकी गारंटी खुद प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने ली है। सरमा ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री मोदी भारत के ही नहीं, अपितु पूरी दुनिया के नेता बनकर उभरे हैं। पूरी दुनिया जानती है, मोदी जो बोलते है वह करते हैं। तभी तो हम सब कहते हैं- मोदी है तो मुमकिन है।
असम के मुख्यमंत्री सरमा मंगलवार को छत्तीसगढ़ पहुँचो और भाजपा के पक्ष में धुँआधार प्रचार करते हुए चुनावी सभाओं को संबोधित किया। सुबह राजिम और मैनपुर में आयोजित जनसभा में कांग्रेस पर जमकर बरसते हुए सरमा ने कहा कि आज असम में छत्तीसगढ़ के लगभग 10 लाख लोग रहते हैं। असम और छत्तीसगढ़ का संबंध पुराना है। वे (हेमंता बिश्व सरमा) माँ कामाख्या की धरती से आए हैं और माँ कौशल्या की पावन धरती को प्रणाम करते हैं। प्रदेश की कांग्रेस सरकार पर वादाखिलाफी को लेकर अपने धारदार हमले में श्री सरमा ने सवाल दागा कि छत्तीसगढ़ में कांग्रेस पार्टी और मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने चुनाव जीतने के लिए 2018 में जो बड़े-बड़े वादे किए थे, उनका क्या हश्र हुआ? गंगाजल हाथ में लेकर छत्तीसगढ़ में शराबबंदी करने का वादा किया था, बेरोजगारों को नौकरी और बेरोजगारी भत्ता, महिलाओं को पांच सौ रुपए प्रतिमाह, हर साल चार गैस सिलेंडर मुफ्त में देने, दो साल का बकाया बोनस, क्या ये सारे वादे पूरा हुए? श्री सरमा ने तंज कसा कि पुराने वादे पूरे नहीं किए और कांग्रेसी अब फिर नए वादे लेकर आ गए।
असम के मुख्यमंत्री सरमा ने कहा कि महादेव के नाम से एप बनाकर लूट कर दी। चुनाव में जनता इसका हिसाब लेगी और चुनाव के बाद महादेव हिसाब लेंगे। एप बनाना ही था तो कोई और नाम रख लेते। हमारे आराध्य देव के नाम का उपयोग लूटने के लिए क्यों किया? 508 करोड़ रुपए सट्टे के पैसे का लिया। दिल्ली में भूपेश बघेल और टी.एस. सिंहदेव के बीच ढाई-ढाई साल मुख्यमंत्री बनने पर सहमति बनी थी, पर भूपेश बघेल पूरे पाँचच साल तक सीएम बने रहे, ये इनका ‘सौदाई-कमाल’ है। श्री सरमा ने कहा कि छत्तीसगढ़ में भाजपा और श्री मोदी की गारंटी है कि सरकार बनते ही लोगों को प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना का लाभ मिलेगा। महतारी वंदन योजना के तहत हर विवाहिता को प्रति वर्ष 12,000 रुपए उनके खाते में डाले जाएंगे। 500 रुपए में गैस सिलेंडर मिलेगा। 21 क्विंटल प्रति एकड़ धान 3100 रूपए में खरीदेंगे। युवाओं को रोजगार देगें। छत्तीसगढ़ से नक्सलवाद को मुक्त कराएंगे। पहले चरण में भारतीय जनता पार्टी बहुत अच्छी स्थिति में है। 17 तारीख को दूसरे चरण के मतदान में कमल फूल छाप पर बटन दबाकर भारी मतों से सरकार बनानी है, यह जनता का उत्साह बता रहा है। श्री सरमा ने कहा कि छत्तीसगढ़ में भारतीय जनता पार्टी की सरकार बनेगी तो विकास कार्य होंगे। जनता ने ठान लिया है कि छत्तीसगढ़ से कांग्रेस की भ्रष्ट सरकार को उखाड़ फेंकना है।
