बलौदाबाजार। जिले में चुनाव के मद्देनजर लगातार चेकिंग जारी है. दूसरे चरण के चुनाव के ठीक चार दिन पहले पुलिस और एफएसटी टीम की टीम को खरतोरा नाका में बड़ी सफलता मिली है. एक स्कॉर्पियो से एक करोड़ बारह लाख रुपए कैश जब्त किया गया है. यह मामला पलारी थाना क्षेत्र का है.
इतनी बड़ी रकम को लेकर स्कॉर्पियो में बैठे लोगों से पूछताछ की गई और दस्तावेज मांगा गया. जिसपर आवश्यक दस्तावेज नहीं दिखाए जाने पर कैश जब्त कर कर लिया गया है. घटना के संबंध में एसएसपी दीपक झा ने बताया कि खरतोरा नाका जांच नाका में वाहनों की जांच की जा रही थी. इसी दौरान स्कार्पियो वाहन की जांच में एक करोड़ बारह लाख रुपये नगद मिले हैं. पूछे जाने पर उसमें बैठे लोग cms कंपनी का होना बताये और एटीएम में रूपये डालने जाने के लिए जा रहे थे बताया. इतनी बड़ी रकम और सुरक्षा व्यवस्था में कमी दिखाई दिया और आवश्यक दस्तावेज नहीं दिखाये जाने पर रकम की जब्ती की गई है और आगे पुछताछ की जा रही है.
