रायपुर। छत्तीसगढ़ विधानसभा चुनाव के मद्देनजर आबकारी विभाग की ताबड़तोड़ कार्रवाई लगातार जारी है। इसी क्रम में विभाग ने 3 करोड़ से ज्यादा की शराब, लहन, गांजा और गाडिय़ां जब्त की है।
आदर्श आचार संहिता के दौरान आबकारी विभाग ने महीनेभर में 33084 लीटर शराब, 207250 किलो ग्राम महुआ लाहन, 5 किलो गांजा और 63 गाडिय़ां जब्त की है. जिसका बाजार मूल्य 3 करोड़ 11 लाख 83 हजार 223 रुपये है। विशेष सचिव सह आयुक्त आबकारी महादेव कावरे ने बताया कि दूसरे चरण के विधानसभा चुनाव को देखते हुए शराब के अवैध निर्माण, परिवहन और बेचने की रोकथाम के लिए जांच-पड़ताल और दबिश दी गई. कई जगहों पर जांच चौकियां बनाई गई. ये चौकियां विशेषकर ओडिशा, झारखण्ड और महाराष्ट्र से लगे सीमावती क्षेत्रों में बनाई गई.वहीं महासमुंद, बस्तर, जशपुर, रायगढ़ और राजनांदगांव जिलों में कड़ी चैकिंग की गई. इस दौरान परिवहनकर्ताओं के गोदामों और डिलीवरी बॉय के बैग्स भी चैक किए गए. औसत से अधिक शराब बिक्री वाली दुकानों की भी सघन जांच की जा रही है. 15 नवंबर शाम 5 बजे से शराब की दुकानें सीलबंद होगी।
